Schuyler did an excellent job from start to finish. When I first came in, I was just inquiring about the pull ahead program, but by the time I left, I had ordered my car! Schuyler was quick, personable, and honest, and presented me with a lot of different options. He was a huge help with designing the car, and while I wasn't sure about it on paper, I LOVE my 335.
It is fantastic. As soon as I walk in, I am warmly greeted, the person I have an appointment with is called immediately, and there is always someone who offers a beverage. While I wait, other sales associates are continuously stopping to make sure that I have been helped. I love Performance.
Schuyler not only worked with me to design the car and ensure I had the best deal, he also did the figures for the 335 as well as the 328. I was really happy with that, because the payment difference was so small I went with the 335.
Bob had everything ready and in order for me to sign. It was quick and easy, and he could explain all of my questions quickly and clearly.

The purpose of this letter is to compliment your client advisor, Ed Hagen. My husband and I have worked with Ed for several years and have found him to be very knowledgeable of the marque. He listens well and is compassionate in resolving conflicts. His suggestion of taking factory delivery of our custom ordered 335 iX coupe resulted in an impressive experience that we have shared with many friends and associates. Not only is he most knowledgeable and responsive to requests for information, but he is concerned that we get the best BMW for our needs and wants.
I am currently shopping for a replacement vehicle for my 325i. It replaced a 528i that was too large for my taste. We need a crossover vehicle for travel with our pets. Ed arranged for me to test drive both the X3 328 and 335 models. I found the X3 to be much larger than my current 235i. Ed commented that I may prefer the X1 model when it comes in country. Many client advisors do not help their customer make the best decision and it is for this reason I feel so fortunate to be working with Ed. By the way, I have owned and driven BMW's for over 40 years.
My roll as a certified financial planner as well as many years of experience keeps me aware of consumer trends. In the current as well as the forecast economic outlook for this great Country, it appears the BMW/USE would be wise to make the 20d available in the X! for the American consumer.

I am sure I am going to be telling you something you already know, but I believe it is worth saying a lot....
My wife and I bought "twin" certified BMWs about 5 years ago, a 2002 Z3 and a 2003 525i. Of course, being certified BMWs, the cars were under warranty for several years. We didn't have many needs for anything other than routine service, but on those occasions where we did need warranty work, the warranty service was properly diagnosed, properly repaired and quick. After the cars passed out of warranty, we have had both normal service and repairs performed only at Performance in Chapel Hill. All work was done just the same ... properly diagnosed and expediently and properly repaired.
I know it takes a team to make all this happen. Good parts availability, good service facilities, good technicians. But I feel the quarterback for the service team is the service advisor. For five years we have had Maurice Bryant take our cars in, advise use, and schedule service and repair. For me, and many others I think, time and efficiency is as important as quality work. Maurice seems to understand and value that.
Maurice has always been extremely professional. Additionally he is creative in searching for optimal solutions and he is considerate of his clients values.
